I've been doing a lot of financial reading lately, not surprisingly I guess, and I'm loving it - thank goodness. However, I have been asked about recommending a basic book on finance that simplifies the investing message. Right now, I'm reading Investing 101 to see if this would be a good option.
Have you read a basic finance or investing book that you would recommend to others? I must say that have a personal bias against the "Idiot's Guide to ..." and "... For Dummies" books, but if you've read their investing versions and liked them, I'll check them out. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
